Boskalis has sold its remaining 9.38% interest in Fugro.
The 7,932,532 shares were placed with institutional investors at a price of €14.50 per share, the company said.
Kempen & Co and Goldman Sachs International acted as joint bookrunners for the transaction, Boskalis said.
The company more than halved its shareholding in Fugro to 9.38% from 24.9% in December.
