Chinese company Jiangsu Hantong Ship Heavy Industry has held a steel cutting ceremony for an offshore wind jack-up vessel that it is building for Nantong Ocean Construction.
The ceremony was attended by leaders from the yard, as well as owner and class representatives, Jiangsu said.
It added that the vessel is classed by CSS.
The ship is designed for installation work in water depths of up to 40 metres.
