Vattenfall has announced a set of dates for the next round of public information days for the 1.8GW each Norfolk Vanguard and Norfolk Boreas offshore wind farms of the UK east coast.
The Swedish developer will hold nine meetings from 20 March to 1 April, where it will reveal feedback from the previous engagement campaign last autumn and provide the latest thinking on the projects.
Vattenfall project manager for Norfolk Vanguard Ruari Lean said: “Me and my team are looking forward to talking about Norfolk Vanguard in March with people interested in the benefits of the project and of course any concerns they may have.
“So far the feedback we have received has been enormously helpful and I’m confident that stakeholders will see we have listened and that we are doing our upmost to minimise impact of both the offshore and onshore parts of the wind farm.”
The first meeting will take place at Dereham Sixth Form College on 20 March, followed by three meetings in Norwich on 21, 22 and 23 March.
The next meeting will be in Necton on the 24 March, then North Walsham on 25 March, Reepham on 30 March, Great Yarmouth on 31 March and finally Bacton on 1 April.
The meetings will take place between 1pm and 7pm, apart from at North Walsham and Bacton, which will be between 11am and 4.30pm, and Reepham, which will be between 1pm and 5.30pm.
