DE Shaw has hired Eon Energy Services to manage wind farm sites in the north western region of the US, including the 45MW Power County project in Idaho.
The contract also encompasses management of 50MW of aggregated sites in Oregon, Eon said in a statement.
“These contracts will help us further what has been a very fast growing product line for our services business,” Eon president Keith Day said.
With the addition of the two sites, the company said it now manages more than 1400MW of third-party sites in the US alongside its own 3000MW portfolio.
