Norwegian software simulation provider and consultancy Shoreline has opened an office in Hamburg in Germany.
The company said the aim of the new presence is to be closer to the offshore wind industry in Germany in order to serve its growing local customer base.
The office is located at Rödingsmarkt 9 and will be headed by Michael Bjerrum, Shoreline said.
The company added that its customers now comprise the majority of stakeholdes in the offshore wind farm market, from developers to manufacturers and vessel owners, as well as technology providers.
