BayWa has sold the 12MW St Fraigne wind farm in France to the FPCI Capenergie 3 fund, which is managed by Omnes Capital.
The project, which is located 140km north of Bordeaux, consists of six Enercon E82 turbines with hub heights of 108 metres.
BayWa said it will continue to be responsible for operations and maintenance at the wind farm following the sale.
Omnes Capital managing partner and head of infrastructure Serge Savasta said: “Our business model has always been based on long-term partnerships with developers and independent power producers and we now look forward to deepening our cooperation with renewable expert BayWa in 2017.”
