Canadian Solar Solutions has sold two photovoltaic plants in Ontario totalling 20MW to affiliates of Concord Green Energy for $115m.
The affiliates have acquired the 10MW BeamLight and 10MW Alfred facilities.
BeamLight consists of approximately 46,224 Canadian Solar MaxPower CS6X-P PV modules, while Alfred uses about 46,656 of the same model.
The deals were closed on 29 December, Canadian Solar said.
