Developer PNE Wind has completed the sale of an 80% interest in a 142MW wind portfolio to a fund managed by Allianz Global Investors for €103m.
The buyer is AREF II Renewables Investment Holding, a unit of Allianz Renewable Energy Fund II.
PNE said once the Federal Cartel Office granted approval the “sale could be consummated”.
The remaining 20% of the wind farm portfolio will continue to be held by PNE, which will also continue to be service provider for the operational management of the wind farms.
