Vattenfall has signed contracts with the Danish government for the 600MW Kriegers Flak and the 350MW Vesterhav North and South offshore wind farms.
The signatures mean that the projects can now proceed, the Swedish utility said.
They became possible after the Parliament on 19 December unanimously adopted the legislation that determines the subsidies for the three projects, it said.
Vattenfall won the tender to develop the €1.3bn Kriegers Flak project last month following a record-low bid of about €50/MWh.
It secured the €740m Vesterhav nearshore wind farms off the coast of Jutland through an auction in September.
“We are proud to have won the last three Danish offshore tenders, and these projects really give us the opportunity to develop synergies and economies of scale in project development, but also in cooperation with suppliers and partners,” Vattenfall country manager for Denmark Ole Bigum Nielsen said.
