BayWa has sold the 24MW Montjean Theil-Rabier wind farm in France to a subsidiary of Innergex Renewable Energy and Quebec pension fund Régime de rentes du Mouvement Desjardins.
The project, located approximately 150km north of Bordeaux, will be completed this month, after which BayWa will take over technical and commercial management of the facility.
It comprises 12 Vestas V110 turbines with hub heights of 95 metres.
The transaction is expected to close by the end of the year.
