The Lake Erie Energy Development Co (Leedco) is today hosting a supply chain event for local companies interested in working on the 20.7MW Icebreaker freshwater project in Ohio.
The event will be held at the Holiday Inn South Cleveland on Rockside Road in Independence, Ohio, between 4pm and 7pm.
Leedco, together with Fred Olsen Renewables USA, Great Lakes Wind Network and Emerald Cities Cleveland, are working together to identify regional businesses that are capable and interested in being part of the project.
The event will allow companies to meet the Icebreaker project team and gain an understanding of the materials, equipment and services required for the project, Leedco said.
