Swedish wind developer Eolus has agreed to sell the four-turbine Hästhalla wind farm to a fund managed by Allianz Global Investors for €6.5m.
The project consists of Enercon turbines and was commissioned in 2012.
Eolus said it will continue to operate the wind farm on behalf of Allianz under an asset management contract.
The deal is subject to a number of conditions before closing, which is expected to occur by 31 January.
