UK renewable energy generator Infinis Group is to sell to 3i Infrastructure its landfill gas assets totalling 300MW across 121 sites.
The terms of the deal have not been disclosed.
The sale is expected to close by the end of November 2016.
Infinis Group will continue to own and operate its portfolio of over 400MW of operational and in-construction onshore wind assets.
