DP Energy has appointed EY and Baker & McKenzie as financial and legal advisors on the 375MW Port Augusta wind and solar hybrid facility in South Australia.
The company said the appointments are “crucial” in achieving its objective of financial close by the end of the first quarter of 2017.
The A$700m project, which will comprise 59 wind turbines and almost 400 hectares of photovoltaic panels, received development approval from the South Australian government in early August.
Construction of the project is expected to create up to 600 jobs at peak times, DP Energy said.
