Blue Tree Asset Management has signed a contract with infrastructure fund manager DIF to manage two wind farms totalling 80MW in Spain.
The projects are located in Murcia and Seville and the contract covers technical, financial, economic and legal fields, Blue Tree said.
The company said it manages a portfolio of wind and solar assets totalling 270MW for its clients.
Blue Tree general manager Pedro Diosdado said: “This contract widens our management portfolio and allows us to keep moving forward in our growth strategy while reinforcing our independence and specialisation based business model, in order to maximise our clients’ investment returns, and at the same time minimising their risks.”
