Mott MacDonald was technical advisor for Voltalia during the French renewable energy developer’s acquisition of Martifer Solar.
The engineering consultancy said it carried out technical due diligence of Martifer Solar at corporate and project levels, which provided the basis for structuring Voltalia’s formal acquisition offer.
It assessed 1343MW of projects under development, 85MW under construction and 585MW at operational level.
Voltalia completed the acquisition of solar developer Martifer Solar in September.
