Aberdeen company Attollo Offshore is supporting Teras Offshore in the deployment of its Atlantic Amsterdam jack-up accommodation vessel at Dong Energy’s 573MW Race Bank offshore wind farm.
Attollo said the 16-month charter contract involves the provision of accommodation, construction support and personnel safe transfer services at the Race Bank site off the coasts of Norfolk and Lincolnshire.
Atlantic Amsterdam was mobilized from the port of Hirtshals in northern Denmark and has been on site next to the offshore substation since 27 August, the company added.
Attollo Offshore managing director Ben Moore said: “This charter is delivering a significant step change in safety and operational efficiency in support of one of the UK’s largest offshore wind developments.”
