Canadian independent power producer Etrion Corp is considering selling its 60MW Italian solar power portfolio.
The company has employed financial advisor Greenhill & Co International to assist in evaluating the possible sale.
Etrion said the sale of the Italian portfolio would allow its “to recycle some of its capital and focus its efforts on its expanding asset portfolio in Japan”.
It added that no agreement has been reached on whether or not to sell the Italian assets and makes no guarantees that such a sale will go ahead.
