Renewable energy consultancy Natural Power has appointed Giles Dearden (pictured) as its new director of due diligence.
UK-based Dearden had already been carrying out the role for a year in an acting capacity, the company said.
Natural Power said its due diligence business grew by more than 40% in 2015, buoyed by the delivery of six offshore wind assignments.
“Giles has built his breadth and depth of knowledge and advisory expertise with the growth of the industry and Natural Power over the last 15 years, and we are challenging him to grow our international advisory expertise still further,” commercial director Richard Walls said.
