EnBW has kicked off construction of the 6.15MW Webenheim wind farm in the German state of Saarland.
The project, near Blieskastel in southwest Germany, will comprise three Senvion MM92 turbines with a hub height of 100 metres, EnBW said.
Work on the foundations will start in late August, with towers installed from mid-October and commissioning expected in December.
EnBW, based in Karlsruhe, aims to reach 1GW of wind capacity by 2020 and has more than 500MW under development.
