Solar Frontier Americas has started building two solar plants in California totalling 107MW.
The projects, located in the US state’s Imperial County, are the 67MW Midway I and 40MW Midway II plants.
Midway 1 has a power purchase agreement with Pacific Gas & Electric, while Midway II has a PPA with the Imperial Irrigation District.
Solar Frontier Americas Development is managing both projects, while Blattner Energy is providing EPC services, Power Electronics supplying inverters and NexTracker supplying single-axis trackers.
