Finnish developer Taaleri has ordered a further six N131/3000 turbines from Nordex for its Kivivaara-Peuravaara wind farm in northeast Finland, raising total capacity to 57MW.
The machines, which are to be installed on 144-metre tubular steel towers by the end of summer 2017, will be equipped with an anti-icing system.
The deal also includes a premium full service agreement for 15 years, as did the first phase of the 39MW project.
The extension of the Kivivaara-Peuravaara project is a further call-off from the frame agreement signed in mid-2015, Nordex said.
