Wind Works Power has brought online the 9MW Burg IV wind farm in Germany.
The $50m four-phase Burg project now has a total of 23.5MW installed.
Wind Works said the fourth phase consists of three Vestas V112 wind turbines.
All three units have been sold, the company said.
It added that one turbine has been bought by the Swiss Institutional Fund, while the other two machines were sold to private investors with Wind Works retaining a 49% ownership stake in one of them.
Wind Works acquired the Burg projects from a private German developer, which was acquired by Wind Works in March 2013.
The sale did subsequently not close, therefore the initial payments to the developer have been refunded to Wind Works.
Wind Works purchased the Burg IV project rights and subsequently built the wind park turnkey.
