Former Senvion, Alstom and LM Wind Power executives have launched Aventage Consulting to advise on renewable energy.
The firm is focusing on strategy, M&A, supply chain optimisation, dispute resolution, cost reduction & value engineering, change management and business development.
The three partners have more than 50 years of combined experience in the wind, composites and automotive industry, Aventage said.
Lars Rytter was the former chief operating officer of Senvion, chief product officer of Nordex and has held senior global supply chain, purchasing and operations roles at REpower, Suzlon, Vestas and NEG Micon.
Eddie Rae was the former Asia Pacific general manager and supply chain global lead at Alstom Wind, as well as similar roles at Ford and Nissan.
Ian Telford was the former chief commercial officer at LM Wind Power (Blades) and has also worked at Dow Chemical and Deloitte.
“All three of us have a detailed knowledge about global markets, both onshore as well as offshore and credible inside knowledge of the key success factors in the industry,” Rae said.
