Energised Environments has acquired UK renewable energy consultancy IT Power Consulting.
The combined business now comprises 50 staff based in London, Edinburgh, Glasgow, Bristol and offices globally.
It will provide environmental and engineering services in the UK and overseas to the energy, transport, property and construction sectors and to corporate blue chip clients.
IT Power managing director David Nickols joins the board of Energised Environments as part of the deal.
Energised Environments, IT Power and group companies in Australia, China and India also plan to form the ITPEnergised Group, which will operate worldwide and look to increase collaboration internationally.
Energised Environments managing director Jonny Clark said: “There is a great cultural fit between the two teams and this acquisition strengthens our growing UK business and international position, providing much greater opportunities for our combined staff.”
