Czech engineering outfit SWH Group has signed a $600m cooperation agreement with Chinese energy giant Longyuan Power centred on the European wind sector.
The deal covers acquisition and development of wind projects as well as construction management, project funding and O&M management.
It was described as an “economic and technical cooperation in the field of renewable energy resources and pure technologies”.
The deal is focused on central and eastern Europe.
