Allianz Global Investors has completed a deal to acquire the 50.4MW Vandel solar farm in Denmark from European Energy and an unnamed project partner.
The deal was agreed late last year but has now reached a conclusion after a number of the deal’s conditions were discharged.
Vandel will now be transferred to an undisclosed fund managed by Allianz.
The PV project was completed last year.
