MPI Offshore’s MPI Dulcinea has started a two-year contract with Siemens working on the 62MW Teesside offshore wind farm off the north-east coast of England.
The vessel (pictured) will operate out of the port of Hartlepool on the 27-turbine wind farm.
The wind farm was developed by EDF Energy and was completed in June 2013.
MPI said it is confident that the vessel “will make a valuable contribution to the wind farm operations”.
