Energy recruitment company Redwave has formed an alliance with consultants Omega Subsea UK to provide experienced personnel to the onshore and offshore wind markets.
The partnership will provide complete project teams including project management for engineering and procurement and contracting companies.
“Taking what we do well and our workforce whom we know and trust into other sectors we ensure continued growth not only for the alliance but opportunities for our personnel and competent support for our clients,” Redwave director Jacqueline Van den Akker said.
Omega’s managing director Alistair McKee added: “We are delighted to announce this strategic alliance, which will see our two companies expand relationships to encompass a global service offering.
“Companies are greatly benefited by enhancing their resources and utilizing the expertise that we as consultants bring to business with our strong understanding of the market standards, industry patterns and a repository of updated talent pool to augment faster growth of the companies.”
As well as renewables, the companies also covers the oil and gas, surface and subsea engineering and drilling, and decommissioning sectors.
