Wind Prospect Operations has set up a subsidiary in Sweden that has secured contracts for the management of two wind farms totalling 180MW.
Wind Prospect Operations Sverige is registered in Stockholm and has offices in the Halland and Gävleborg regions.
It offers investors in services including due diligence, technical inspections and third-party asset management.
One of the wind farms it is to manage consists of 16 Vestas V126 3.3MW wind turbines, while the other one is made up of 37 Vestas V117 3.45MW units.
WPO said it has appointed local experts, within close proximity of the sites, to manage the projects.
Wind Prospect Operations chief executive officer Barthélémy Rouer said: “These two new contracts lay the foundation of our business development in Sweden and Finland, which are key markets for our clients in Europe.”
