Gamesa is to develop a 12MW solar project in Tamil Nadu in India.
Under the terms of the deal, the Spanish company will be responsible for engineering, design, supply of inverters, erection and commissioning of the plant.
The unnamed plant is scheduled to start operations by the first quarter of this year.
The project will increase Gamesa’s total solar portfolio in India to 60MW.
