Adler Solar is to open a London office as it targets business from the UK PV industry.
The Bremen-based technical and engineering outfit has operations throughout Europe and Japan.
It is part of the Oslo-listed Aqualis ASA.
Adler CEO Gerhard Cunze said: “We have over the past year received an increasing amount of requests from the UK solar industry and we wish to springboard our global services through access to the London insurance market.
“Having a permanent office presence in London will enable us to provide even better on-the-ground support to both existing and potential clients in this market.”
The company’s clients include solar energy plant manufacturers and operators, insurance companies, PV experts, project planners, wholesalers, installers, investors and banks and energy providers.
