UK offshore technology company JDR has appointed Rob Hastings and Alan Wilson as non-executive directors.
Hastings is currently executive director of the corporate management board at The Crown Estate, where he is responsible for the energy and infrastructure portfolio.
He is also a director of Indigo Power and Indigo Solar, which both invest in low carbon energy solutions.
Wilson is currently a non-executive chairman of a number of businesses, including Pressure Technologies, Rimor Limited and Modern Water. He has over 30 years’ experience in the offshore subsea sector.
JDR board of directors executive chairman Pat Herbert said: “Rob Hastings and Alan Wilson add a wealth of experience to our already highly experienced board of directors.
“We will all look forward to working closely with both of these seasoned executives as they bring the benefit of their knowledge, experience, perspective and networks in support of JDR’s continued growth.”
