PNE Wind Group commissioned 90.5MW and started building an additional 50.4MW last year.
The company said that the majority of the commissioned turbines completed in 2015 were transferred internally within the group to the YieldCo.
At the end of last year, wind turbines with a nominal capacity of approx. 66.6MW were bundled in the YieldCo.
Some 27.3MW of the wind farms currently under construction are to be included in the YieldCo, with 23.1MW recently sold to an investor.
PNE Wind chief operating officer Markus Lesser said: “Operationally, 2015 was a successful year for the PNE Wind Group.
“We were also able to prove our strength in the repowering field. However, planning security must remain ensured from a regulatory perspective so that we can continue to make our contribution to the expansion of wind energy in the future.”
