OneRoof Energy has appointed Robert Martorano as executive vice president of capital markets.
Martorano will report to David Field, OneRoof Energy’s president and chief executive officer.
He joins the company from Citigroup Global Markets, where he was the director for alternative energy finance focused on the structuring and syndication of tax equity for wind and solar transactions.
Field said: “Rob brings a unique understanding of project finance, capital markets and other key disciplines to OneRoof Energy as the company embarks upon its next stage of growth.”
Martorano said: “OneRoof Energy’s mission to accelerate clean energy adoption and provide the best customer experience was instrumental to my decision to join the company.”
