Talen Energy Corp has completed the sale to California-based Energy Power Partners of its renewables arm Talen Renewable Energy.
The sale of Talen Renewable Energy includes 25 clean power projects in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Vermont and New Hampshire that have a combined capacity of 65MW.
The portfolio includes landfill gas-to-energy, solar, wind and cogeneration projects.
All of Talen Renewable Energy staff has transitioned to Energy Power Partners as part of the deal.
