Bureau Veritas Industry Services has won a contract to carry out operations and maintenance surveillance at Dong Energy’s 312MW Borkum Riffgrund 1 offshore wind farm in the German North Sea.
The work will include periodic inspections of the project as well as a documented assessment of operations over a five-year period.
The tender also included two further options for the same work at the 582MW Gode Wind 1 & 2 off Germany.
Bureau Veritas provided one of five offers received by Dong for the contract.
