Cadeler has named its eleventh wind installation vessel, Wind Ace, at a ceremony in Qidong where Lisa Western of ScottishPower Renewables formally named the vessel.

Cadeler added that the project has surpassed more than three million safe working hours during construction.
Wind Ace is designed for the installation of XXL monopile foundations for next-generation offshore wind farms.
The vessel will be delivered to Cadeler this summer.
“Today, we are celebrating the naming of Wind Ace – the eleventh vessel in our growing fleet of wind installation vessels, and our second A-class vessel.”
