Copenhagen Infrastructure Partners (CIP) is working with two Taiwanese companies to construct an operations and maintenance base for the 589MW Changfang and Xidao offshore wind farms off Taiwan’s coast.
The deal is with Reiju Construction and CECI Engineering Consultants for the base, which will be located in the Changhua region.

Design of the O&M base is underway, with a construction permit expected to be approved by the fourth quarter of this year.
Construction will start as soon as a permit has been approved with completion scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2021.
The O&M centre will be a two-storey building covering about 1000 square metres.
