The first of two Siemens Gamesa 6MW turbines has been installed at Orsted and Dominion Energy’s 12MW Coastal Virginia offshore wind farm, the first in US federal waters.
Dominion said installation of the second turbine is on track for completion this week.

The work is being carried out for Jan De Nul jack-up Vole au Vent.
Both the project’s foundations were installed in late May off the coast of the US state of Virginia.
