The Netherlands Enterprise Agency has extended the assessment of bids for the 750MW offshore wind tender for the Hollandse Kust Zuid (HKZ) 3&4 project in the Dutch North Sea.
The agency said the maximum extension of 13 weeks had been taken to complete the assessment of the bids.

It added that it would “strive to process applications as quickly as possible”.
All the bidders have been informed of the decision to extend the assessment, the agency said.
The initial deadline had been 13 June – 13 weeks on from the close of the bidding window on 14 March.
The project is due online by 2023.
