EnBW has awarded the contract to provide manufacturing surveillance services of at its 960MW He Dreiht offshore wind farm.
8.2 Consulting will supervise the comprehensive nacelle manufacturing surveillance, including components in multiple locations Europe-wide.
This contract results from 8.2 Consulting’s successful commissioning inspection at another major project in the Netherlands, the consultants said.
Here, it took over the quality assurance of 150 state-of-the-art 11MW Siemens turbines.
Building on this expertise, the company is now disposed to embark on the next milestone in the offshore wind energy landscape – the Vestas’ 15MW unit generation, it added.
