Enshore Subsea has secured an inter-array trenching contract with Seaway 7 for an undisclosed offshore wind farm located off the US coast.
The project will see Enshore Subsea deploy the T3200 hard ground trencher which recently rejoined its asset fleet.
The vehicle is a high-powered hybrid trencher capable of operating in cutting or jetting mode dependant on ground conditions, with the ability to switch modes whilst trenching.
Seaway 7 is a global leader in the delivery of offshore wind projects. Seaway 7 is contracted by the end client for the transport and installation of inter-array cables and associated scopes.
Pierre Boyde, Enshore Subsea Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to be supporting Seaway 7 with the project with our T3200 and crew, and playing our role in providing clean, sustainable energy to homes in the US.”
