Ming Yang has tapped former Vattenfall head of offshore wind resource and production Sascha Erbslöh to head up its European research and development team.
Ming Yang Europe CEO Horatio Evers said in a LinkedIn post: “Sascha brings over 15 years of experience in offshore wind, with senior roles at a leading developer and wind turbine manufacturers.
“As Director R&D Europe, he will lead the development of our European product platform, including technical strategy, certification, and close collaboration with
customers and regulators.”
In his own LinkedIn post Erbslöh wrote about his time at Vattenfall: “It’s been a privilege to be part of a company that doesn’t just talk about the energy transition but delivers it. At scale, offshore and onshore.
“Working on the Nordlicht project and contributing to the fleet performance and technology strategy has been a career highlight.”
