Corio oversees a 30GW pipeline of global offshore wind projects in Europe, Asia-Pacific, and the Americas, including West of Orkney, off the north coast of Scotland, and Outer Dowsing Offshore Wind in the southern North Sea.
Macquarie plans to gauge interest from a handful of strategic and financial investors later this year for a full or minority stake sale, said the people, who spoke on condition of anonymity, the news agency reported.
Corio declined to comment on the story.
