Marguerite Pantheon has sold its stake in the 325MW Belgian C-Power offshore wind farm on Thornton Bank, off the Belgian coast.
The group’s 10% stake was sold to co-shareholders in the development.

The transaction was signed and closed on 2 February 2024.
The C-Power offshore wind farm is located in Belgium’s exclusive economic zone, 28km north of the Belgian coast, and consists of six 5MW and 48 6.15MW Senvion turbines.
The project started operation in stages between 2009 and 2013, and it was Marguerite’s first investment, made in 2011.
Marguerite Pantheon is a bespoke investment vehicle managed by Marguerite, in which the specialist global private markets investor, Pantheon, is the sole investor.
