Uptime have been contracted by Ulstein Verft to supply the 30-metre gangway and an adjustable pedestal mounted close to the elevator tower of the SOV.
Uptime International sales and marketing manager Svein Ove Haugen said: “We are proud, honoured and humble to be chosen again as the preferred access system provider.
“Our Uptime 23.4-metre have been the benchmark gangway in the wind industry for years and together with our new autonomous 30-metre gangway should the Uptime gangway family be ready for and cover whatever project that comes up in the wind industry.”
