Turbine Installation at Moray West has entered its final phase with just six turbines to be installed at the 882MW Scottish offshore wind farm.
Since April, Cadeler’s Wind Orca (pictured) has been installing the Siemens Gamesa SG-14.0-222 turbines.

If the vessel maintains its current installation rate, the final turbines are expected to be in place by the end of November.
The project will have a total of 60 turbines installed and is expected to be fully operational by Q1 2025.
