Green Giraffe has been appointed by Northland Power to assist with the preparation of its bid in the upcoming German offshore wind tender, which will see the auctioning of the N-3.8, N-3.7 and O-1.3 project development rights.
Northland has secured a step-in right for N-3.8, the former Nordsee 2 offshore wind farm area, giving it pre-emption rights in the tender.
Green Giraffe will assist with financial modelling and the structuring of the financing and offtake of the bid.
