Norwegian company BOA has secured a contract with DEME Offshore for work on the 950MW Moray East offshore wind farm off Scotland.
BOA said the deal is for its BOA Sub C vessel (pictured) that could mean the ship is working on the wind farm into next year, if options are declared.

The scope of the job covers accommodation, walk-to-work using an Ampelmann gangway system, grouting and remote operated vehicle inspections and surveys.
DEME Offshore is installation contractor for the project, which will feature 100 MHI Vestas 9.5MW turbines.
Moray East is being developed by EDPR and is expected to be operational in 2022.
